Inventory Management
Back by popular demand! We have now implemented the ability to bulk import and export inventory items and prices via Inventory Management in Control Panel.
The import functionality utilises the familiar bulk import tool experience for a familiar, easy to follow process for importing new inventory items/prices. The import functionality requires the CP_INVENTORY_IMPORT security token.
The export inventory functionality requires the CP_INVENTORY_EXPORT security token:

Access Gate Controller
We are pleased to announce our NEW Access Gate Controller functionality in POS. We have improved the user experience in this module to give you even better control of member access across your entire estate:

Basket
If the functionality is enabled, you can now lay aside baskets in POS. A list of lay aside baskets can be viewed by changing the "Basket" panel to show "Lay asides", and from this view you can now select a lay aside basket to restore as the current basket for payment/processing.
When logging in to POS or switching user, if the user has a lay aside basket against them they will be able to restore/load the lay aside basket for payment/processing:

Member Control
Many of our customers asked for it, and we have delivered! You can now book a member onto their next class session directly via the Member Control tab:

Corporate block bookings that occur earlier in the day are now automatically included in the "Billings" tabs for processing:

Restaurant Mode
We are delighted to inform you that Restaurant Mode functionality is now available! This includes all of the functionality you are familiar with from our legacy FOH application and allows you to create tables, lay them aside, print bills and process the tables (baskets) when ready:

Calendar
Resource timeslot configuration is now respected in POS bookings, ensuring your view of the bookings calendar reflects your preferred periods of time:

Classes
You can now email and/or print receipts for guest class bookings. The receipts will include a barcode/QR code as configured.
If a receipt printer is connected to your workstation you can now print the list of attendees for a class directly via the receipt printer. The printed attendee list will include/exclude the attendees contact telephone number, depending on your configuration.
Finally, we have improved the search functionality on the class attendee list so that you can now find attendees by booking reference or who the booking was made by (perfect for when a booking was made by somebody else on behalf of the attendee!):

When viewing the bookings calendar for adhoc bookings each booking now includes both the member name and the name of the activity for the booking:

Member Management
Agreements
Users can now view notes associated with historical agreements within the Membership Management module. This enhancement enables users to easily refer to past notes related to member details, including agreement-specific information such as pricing and other relevant context:
